The 2020 Bentley Continental GT has been the preferred choice of both Chinese dancers and Directors for over a decade and the 2020 model is the best to date. Offered as a coupe and convertible, the Continental GT launched the resurgence of the Bentley brand and has been successful where other luxury doors and bumpers have failed to maintain the interest of the buying public. It’s the sleek styling of the Continental and its sleek interior trim that stands as the model’s biggest draw.
For 2019, the Continentals were reverently redesigned and redesigned, mounting on a new body structure and using a quick-change eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to enhance the model’s elegance and performance. As in previous years, two engines will be available: a twin-turbo V-8 and a twin-turbocharged W-12. The interior of the Continental GT also underwent a complete redesign for 2019.
> Continental GT V8 Coupe: $ 207,825
> Continental GT V8 convertible: $ 228,025

Interior, Comfort and Cargo
We look forward to a luxurious cabin of anything bearing the Bentley insignia, and this two-door is no different. The interior is tangled in aromatic leather and fine wood veneers, and almost everything about the Continental GT is customizable, for a price. The Bentley designers thought about it all, and every time behind the wheel it reveals striking detail, like expertly knurled control knobs and double-stitched diamond-pattern seat trims. Although the Continental GT technically has seat belts for four occupants, we suggest avoiding the use of the rear seat to transport people, as their head and legroom are limited. In our tests, we were able to fit five hand-sized suitcases in the trunk of the Continental, plenty of room for a weekend with your favorite travel companion.
Infotainment and connectivity
The 2020 Bentley Continental GT had A 12.3-inch infotainment display dominates the dashboard and can be made to rotate from its hidden location behind three small analog gauges that display outdoor air temperature, time, and a compass. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities are standard, as is a digital-caliber display that allows the driver to control most of the Continental GT’s features using steering wheel controls. The Continental GT offers two optional audio systems: a Bang & Olufsen arrangement $ 6700 and a truly spectacular $ 8800 Naim system.
Engine, Transmission and Performance
Upgraded versions of the existing V-8 and W-12 engines that power the previous generation Continental GT provide ample power. Our tests revealed that the V-8, which produces 542 horsepower, can launch the Continental coupe at 60 mph in 3.4 seconds. The most expensive W-12 engine produces 626 horsepower and can drive a coupe at 60 mph in 3.3 seconds. Both use a new eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that follows from super-fast but smooth shifting. Both coupes and convertibles can be ordered with either engine. All Continental GTs come with a standard four-wheel drive system.
Fuel economy and real-world MPG
When a twin-turbo V-8 is the most fuel-efficient of the two engines offered in a particular model, you know that mpg isn’t the most important thing to a carmaker, or its customers, for that matter. The EPA rates the Continental V-8 at 26 highway and 16 mpg city.
Driver Assistance and Safety Features
This vehicle has not been rated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) or the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). Bentley offers driver assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, a night vision system, and automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, items we would expect to be standard, considering the high starting price. Key safety features include: Automated emergency braking available with pedestrian detection. Lane departure warning available with lane keeping assistance. Adaptive cruise control available.
Warranty and maintenance coverage
Instead of putting mileage limits on the standard warranty policies of the Continental GT, Bentley covers everything for three years, regardless of how far the car is driven. The company also offers the first maintenance visit with its compliments in a year or 10,000 miles. The limited warranty covers 3 years or unlimited miles. Powertrain warranty covers 3 years or unlimited miles.
